About the role

  • This role sits within the Experience team, the frontline for all new product offerings.
  • The team operates at a rapid pace, launching and iterating on multiple new products each year.
  • You'll play a key role in taking products from 0→1 and scaling them to thousands of users, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build key parts of the Libraries product UI
  • Design and implement high-performance web applications that handle large datasets (millions of packages, versions, and dependencies)
  • Partner closely with backend, product, and design to deliver end-to-end features
  • Build intuitive workflows that make secure software consumption frictionless for developers
  • Experience building high-performance UIs that manage large, complex datasets

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building modern web applications at scale
  • Deep expertise in:
  • You can take a problem space and run with it
  • Experience working with modern frontend infrastructure (e.g., Vercel or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar)

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools, package ecosystems, or registries
  • Exposure to software supply chain security or infrastructure products
  • Background in monorepos or large-scale dependency systems

Compensation

  • $157,000 - $184,000 USD
