  • Reporting to the Facility Engineer, this role contributes to production continuity, equipment installations, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • The Maintenance Helper supports safe, reliable operation of facility equipment by assisting with mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
  • Support production changeovers to minimize downtime
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas

Requirements

  • 0-3 years' experience in maintenance or related roles (internships/part-time accepted)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work safely at heights up to 50 feet
  • Experience with hands-on use of hand tools and basic repair tasks
  • To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.
  • Complete required maintenance and performance records accurately

Compensation

  • The salary for this role is $27.00 per hour + $1.00
