Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is a world famous brand with offices across the globe.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing HCM systems to manage employee data, reporting, and core HR processes (e.g. personnel changes, job titles, terminations).
Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience with a demonstrated advancement and progression of your HR knowledge and responsibilities
Proven experience translating business objectives into talent strategy and HR initiatives, then leading through execution and change management.
In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience working within a global enterprise-wide HCM program, preferably SuccessFactors
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface and influence audiences of all levels throughout the company

Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology preferred

If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work.
Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role - especially as a new hire - and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
