About the role
- Payment Operations is a critical pillar of delivering a best-in-class banking experience for our customers.
- This role reports to the Head of Solutions Engineering and is based in our Presidio office in San Francisco (3+ days/week in-person).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems to optimize, automate, and scale our operational workload using technical skills like Retool, SQL, Python, and Javascript.
- Manage the payment operations queue-triaging, investigating, and resolving both customer and external bank inquiries.
- Partner with Engineering, Business, Compliance, Risk, and Customer teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant resolution of issues.
- Document processes, playbooks, and internal knowledge to enable onboarding and future scale.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
