About the role

The work environment and physical demands are representative of those encountered by individuals while performing the essential functions of this job.

Inspect samples from each roll, perform all quality checks, troubleshoot, and correct all problems.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Must have a thorough knowledge of the essential duties and responsibilities of the Press Helper and the Flowman (see attachment), as well as those listed below for the Press Operator.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
While performing the duties required of this position, the employee is constantly required to stand for up to 12 hours, walk, use hands to handle or feel
The employee will occasionally be required to climb or balance
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Make final adjustments, perform and document all required quality checks.
Must be able to work twelve (12) hour shifts.

The employee will occasionally be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds or more than fifty (50) pounds with assistance or proper equipment.
The work environment includes moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment can be considered loud.
The temperature is not completely controlled and can be considered to be related to seasonal conditions.
Must be able to speak and write in English effectively when presenting information to supervisors and fellow employees.

$25-$32 Shift: 1st Shift- 6am to 6pm 2nd Shift- 6pm - 6am Equipment: Wide web flexo experience (W &E, Nilpeter, Soma)
Job Description
SUMMARY: Set up and operate a printing press that prints designs in multiple colors on rolls of polyethylene film.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the essential duties and responsibilities of the Press Helper and the Flowman (see attachment), as well as those listed below for the Press Operator.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or Six to twelve months of manufacturing experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
