About the role

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Data Engineer -.NET Web Development to join our team in our Middleton, WI office location.
The Data Engineer -.NET Web Development will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and testing a custom-built web application for Sentry's data lake solution.
You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Design and develop technical solutions to meet product requirements effectively.
Actively participate in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and other collaborative activities.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and capabilities.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
At least two years developing software following agile methodology.

Bachelors Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of data engineering experience.
At least two years of experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role including: Microsoft.NET, C#, REST API, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
