About the role

The MWHS Guides Haus is unique in the heliskiing industry.
The Dispatch Operator is the vital link between the Blue River dispatch and the helicopters & guides flying and skiing in the mountains.
This position is responsible for the communication and tracking during the ski day between dispatch and the backcountry, recording of current skiing locations, updating the resort staff with guest reports and record keeping of the daily skiing operation.

Maintain and record a daily log of flying & skiing activity

All staff are expected to be team oriented and maintain confidentiality of all information gained while working with the company.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Lifting or moving up to 15lbs may be required.
Monitoring, implement or assist with the implementation of emergency response procedures in emergency situations as required
Working independently at times and directly with any number of other team members as required
