About the role
- You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable;
- You're fluent in English (mandatory) and local language (if applicable);
- You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
Responsibilities
- You're eligible to work in United States, have a valid driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
- Customer Service & Operations: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, customer briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

- Ensure smooth handovers and all required documentation is completed accurately.
