About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical quality of customer engagements-leading solution design, hands-on development, and code reviews across projects, including agentic AI solutions built on OutSystems.
  • Govern the safe delivery of agentic systems-grounding agents in each customer's architecture through the Enterprise Context Graph, and putting guardrails, automated reviews, and real-time observability in place to validate non-deterministic AI output before it reaches production.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers and Solution Delivery Managers as the technical lead on each engagement-owning technical direction while they own commercial and delivery management-and work directly with customer stakeholders to turn requirements into executable solutions.
  • Strong consulting and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and translate business needs into technical direction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements.
  • Global organizations trust OutSystems to rapidly build mission-critical apps and agents, modernize legacy processes with agentic systems, and govern their entire AI portfolio across complex regulatory environments, all on one unified platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong experience in web and mobile application development, solution design, and architecture patterns, with proficiency in.NET, SQL, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript-preferably using Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or agentic frameworks
  • OutSystems development experience and certifications are a strong plus.
