About the role

  • This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment and machinery
  • Maintain facility systems and support overall shop operations
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Support production teams with maintenance needs
  • Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or fabrication environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment
  • Work with third-party vendors and contractors when required

Nice to have

  • Experience with fabrication or welding equipment
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
  • Experience working with pumps, compressors, and heavy equipment
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
  • Work closely with production, supervisors, and leadership
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and production
  • Strong emphasis on quality, organization, and teamwork
