About the role
- As a member of the IT Marketing and Communications team the candidate will also be trained across all functions including:
Responsibilities
- As Marketing and Communications Specialist, the successful candidate will support the internal IT Marketing & Communications team in multiple areas.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Implement and deploy design solutions that meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Graphic Design
- SharePoint Design
- In-person event support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in Marketing and Communications with solid knowledge of general marketing concepts.
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 0365 suite of tools for Graphic Design
- Experience working in a corporate setting following strict corporate brand guidelines.
- Extensive experience with Proofreading skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different digital solutions
- Familiarity with employee engagement, culture, data and analytics.
- Must be highly organized and ready to work independently in a very fast-paced environment.
