About the role

  • In this role, you will start by taking ownership of specific product surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • You will participate in customer sessions, leveraging insight-driven iteration to translate raw user pain points into actionable design improvements.
  • Your work will also help scale our design system, maintaining visual clarity and consistency across the platform while building reusable components that empower the entire team to move faster.

Requirements

  • You enjoy the unique challenge of enterprise and data-heavy applications, taking pride in turning complex requirements into clear, usable, and intuitive workflows.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
  • A deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma, along with hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian tools like Jira

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $135,000.
