About the role

In this role, you will start by taking ownership of specific product surfaces.
To help you succeed, we provide a supportive environment that fosters genuine collaboration across teams.
Quantifind operates a hybrid work model with hubs in Palo Alto, CA; Washington D.C.; New York City, NY; and Boston, MA.

You will participate in customer sessions, leveraging insight-driven iteration to translate raw user pain points into actionable design improvements.
Your work will also help scale our design system, maintaining visual clarity and consistency across the platform while building reusable components that empower the entire team to move faster.

You enjoy the unique challenge of enterprise and data-heavy applications, taking pride in turning complex requirements into clear, usable, and intuitive workflows.
A bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
A deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma, along with hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian tools like Jira
