About the role

  • Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for a Sales Development Specialist.
  • You'll be the face of our company for new customers across sectors like Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, Foodservice, and Public Interest.
  • You'll thrive if you're self-motivated, enjoy flexibility, and value working in both digital and physical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Collaborate with our digital marketing team to create strategies for attracting and closing new business.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with inside sales, regional account managers, and virtual teams to win new business.
  • Support: Employee Assistance Program

Skills

  • Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research, using digital tools to streamline the process.
  • Utilize MS Office, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Seismic to provide real-time data and insights that will enhance customer engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing (relevant experience considered).
  • 0-2 years of work experience (sales experience is a plus but not required).
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for technology and working in hybrid environments.
  • Interested in sustainability and excited by the opportunity to make a real-world impact.
  • Able to travel up to 40% for client meetings and networking opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
