Requirements

  • 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory environment
  • Experience with inventory management systems (NetSuite, RF-SMART, or similar)
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
  • Familiarity with RF-SMART and warehouse monitoring systems
  • Knowledge of inventory control best practices and QA processes
  • Ability to flex between days and nights will be required for this role.
  • Required
  • Strong Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis
  • Sharp analytical skills with a focus on root cause, not just symptoms
  • Organized, decisive, and effective under pressure
  • Clear communicator - written and verbal
  • Preferred
  • Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
  • Hourly role

Compensation

  • Compensation $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr Based on experience

  • You will oversee inventory control processes, lead replenishment activities, manage bin zones, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead a team toward operational excellence.
  • What You'll Own
  • Inventory Replenishment & Zone Management
  • You'll keep our pick zones stocked and optimized - fast-movers in PICK-A, slower items in PICK-B, and every bin zone (REPLENS, NON-PK, CHILLED, BULK) configured and current.
  • Replenishment Operations
  • Using the Replenishment Dashboard, you'll direct daily stock moves based on demand forecasts, coordinate replenishment windows around picking hours, and escalate discrepancies before they become problems.
  • Replenishment Maintenance
  • You'll keep NetSuite bin records accurate, run mass configuration updates via CSV with the OE team, and resolve inventory discrepancies through proper adjustment workflows.
