- The Associate Director of Service and Leadership Development is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position in the Office of Student Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Student Organization Suite student employees, composed of
- Develop, implement, and assess comprehensive leadership curricula for on
- Manage the Spartan Community Mentors after school tutoring program.
- Build positive rapport with students, staff, and faculty by maintaining
- Participate in the Leadership Awards Night planning committee and support
- Maintain webpages and University marketing materials related to Student
- Develop community partner relationships in collaboration with the Director,
- Build a positive rapport with students, staff, and faculty by maintaining
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in student programming and contract negotiation.
- Experience with digital technology that supports engagement,
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn The University of Tampa software
- Previous supervision experience required.

- Master's degree in higher education or related area required.

- Teach a course annually in the Leadership Minor program, LED 200 (
