About the role
- Reports to: LCBC Willow Street Worship Leader Hours Commitment: Part Time - 12-15 hours per week (24-30 hours per month), alternated with another part-time Production Technician, with regular weekend responsibilities.
- Regularly attend and participate at LCBC prior to and/or upon employment.
Responsibilities
- Support LCBC's mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs.
Skills
- Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive, live productions.
- Ongoing physical ability to setup/teardown equipment, climb ladders, and lift equipment overhead.
- Ability to recruit, train and lead people.
- A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
Compensation
- Work 45+ weekends per year.
