About the role
- We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to serve as a key operational leader within our engineering organization.
- Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day development operations across multiple teams, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining technical excellence and team health.
- You'll be the operational backbone of our engineering organization, translating strategic vision into tactical execution.
Responsibilities
- You'll manage the rhythm of development (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery) while keeping a pulse on team morale and individual growth.
- People Leadership: Demonstrated success building and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills and a genuine investment in helping engineers grow their careers.
- Job Requirements: Operational Leadership: Own the day-to-day operations of multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes, clear priorities, and efficient delivery cycles across the organization.

Compensation
- $140,000 --- $185,000
