Responsibilities

  • Provide support during month-end close and reporting
  • Provide support and coordinate additional year-end closing and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3-5 years experience - Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experience with other business applications including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with mainframe accounting applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills - Proven analytical skills.
  • This position requires the ability to understand multiple processes and analyze large volumes of detailed transactions in a global manufacturing environment.
  • The individual must have the interpersonal skills to complete projects on time in coordination with multiple departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Proven analytical skills -
  • Prepare journal entries as required in a complex accounting environment

Nice to have

  • Multi-currency accounting experience
  • Manufacturing accounting experience in a large multi-national environment
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous process improvement methodology certification
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Manufacturing and multi currencies a plus

Compensation
