This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI's first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.

Edging and Jointing: Create edges, joints, and grooves in concrete surfaces using hand tools or power tools to enhance appearance and control cracking.
Concrete Curing: Monitor and manage the curing process of concrete to ensure proper hydration and strength development.
Cleanup and Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
Formwork Construction: Build and assemble forms for concrete structures, including walls, columns, beams, decks, and foundations, based on blueprints and specifications.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.

Your expertise in carpentry combined with knowledge of concrete construction techniques will be essential in creating durable and precise concrete forms.
