Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technology strategy to ensure Cvent is configured to meet or exceed client goals and objectives
- Provide insight into best practices and make recommendations to optimize configuration and platform capabilities
- Consult on change requests, make recommendations, and implement changes within agreed timeframes
- Configure all Cvent modules to support new client implementations and ongoing optimization
- Create and maintain meeting request forms to capture key event requirements
- Perform regular review and updates of libraries, data, and value lists
- Maintain roles and visibility settings to ensure security and data integrity
- Manage user license consumption and acquisition of additional licenses
- Facilitate and manage configuration changes to support Cvent out-of-the-box functionality and third-party integrations
- Client Support & Communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing technical or project management role, preferably in corporate meetings, event management, or software industries
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various organizational levels

- Expertise in MS Office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, discipline, persistence, and accountability
- Experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical vertical
- Ability to diagram process flows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency
- General experience in the Event Management industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Experience with API integrations, data management, or workflow automation
Nice to have
- Cvent experience required - Advanced experience working as a Cvent system administrator or implementation support is strongly preferred
- Strongly Preferred
- Experience working in the Event Management industry a plus
