Develop and maintain technology strategy to ensure Cvent is configured to meet or exceed client goals and objectives
Provide insight into best practices and make recommendations to optimize configuration and platform capabilities
Consult on change requests, make recommendations, and implement changes within agreed timeframes
Configure all Cvent modules to support new client implementations and ongoing optimization
Create and maintain meeting request forms to capture key event requirements
Perform regular review and updates of libraries, data, and value lists
Maintain roles and visibility settings to ensure security and data integrity
Manage user license consumption and acquisition of additional licenses
Facilitate and manage configuration changes to support Cvent out-of-the-box functionality and third-party integrations
Client Support & Communication

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing technical or project management role, preferably in corporate meetings, event management, or software industries
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various organizational levels
client-facing experience required
Expertise in MS Office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, discipline, persistence, and accountability
Experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical vertical
Ability to diagram process flows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency
General experience in the Event Management industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
Experience with API integrations, data management, or workflow automation

Cvent experience required - Advanced experience working as a Cvent system administrator or implementation support is strongly preferred
Strongly Preferred
Experience working in the Event Management industry a plus
