Support human capital strategies such as employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and diversity and inclusion.
You will manage the P&L for the Rocklin, CA Commercial Sales Office locations.

Minimum ten (10) years of HVAC industry or related experience is a plus.
Understanding of Energy Management Systems, or HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls, and/or Process Control Management is a plus.
Minimum five (5) years of progressive sales managerial experience.
401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.

Responsible for sales office compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity.

$253,935.00 - $366,975.00
