Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair inverters, trackers, and other systems on site.
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment utilizing manufacturer's support, manuals, and equipment specific training.
- Perform site security and visual inspections of vegetation, facilities, and roadways.
- Lead other technicians to accomplish specific tasks or activities.
- Perform all solar site activities not listed above to include meeting NERC and ERCOT requirements.
Requirements
- o 3+ years solar experience
- Ability to mostly work in an outside environment
Nice to have
- o Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs
- o Ability to navigate SCADA system monitoring and applications
- o Medium and High Electrical Voltage testing and safety experience
- o Leadership and mentorship experience
