About the role
- As a Quality Control Associate you will take a hands-on approach to maintaining and continuously improving our product quality control processes.
- Work closely with the Warehouse team to achieve quality targets, in addition to performing regular inspections on packaged products for lot codes.
- Respond to Quality and/or BBD issues on the production lines
Responsibilities
- Provide support to FSQA Supervisor.
- Provide support to the management teams in troubleshooting and resolving problems in the Production Process.
Requirements
- Receive inbounding and inventory SKUs from the Warehouse department and conduct quality control inspections to ensure products adhere to required specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency at designated ship-out stations, and complete logs and records as required.
