About the role
- Citi's Equity Research team is looking for an Equity Research Senior Associate to cover the Software sector, producing high-quality investment insights that inform equity investors on a global scale.
- Based within a team known for its independence, objectivity, and depth of analysis, you will play a meaningful role in shaping research output, client engagement, and analytical excellence across a dynamic and fast-moving sector.

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for covered Software companies, including the development of new models and upkeep of relative value frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop research ideas and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable investment insights.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performance research culture built on knowledge sharing and analytical rigor.

Compensation
- $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.

- Required Qualifications & Skills 5-8 years of experience in equity research or a closely related investment analysis role.
