Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in planning and coordinating commissioning and startup activities to maintain project schedules.
- Implement and manage the project QA/QC Program, coordinate QA/QC Specialists, and ensure subcontractors comply with approved QA/QC plans.
- Review construction documents, specifications, sequences of operation, technical manuals, submittals, and RFIs to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate commissioning activities with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Lead startup meetings and coordinate construction sequencing to ensure systems are safe, complete, and ready for startup, testing, and turnover.
- Develop and maintain commissioning plans, schedules, reporting systems, RACI matrices, issue logs, meeting minutes, and turnover documentation.
- Organize owner training and support project closeout activities to ensure a successful system handover.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience on semiconductor, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commissioning methodologies, startup, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and system turnover.
- Experience coordinating commissioning activities across multiple disciplines, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and construction or commissioning management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent technical certification will also be considered.
