About the role
- This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional who is eager to learn wholesale and retail operations in a structured, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage shipment and delivery schedules
- Validate order-related EDI data and perform test transmissions
- Support logistics operations related to sales promotions and campaigns
- Create and maintain internal reports related to sales, inventory, and order status
- Partner Communication
- Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support requests
Requirements
- Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
Nice to have

- Experience with EDI or ERP systems (training provided if no prior experience)
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Background in sales operations, logistics, customer service, office administration, or retail
- Interest in wholesale business operations
- Experience with systems such as SPS Commerce or NetSuite
Compensation
- $22-$26 per hour, (DOE)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
