About the role
- Pay Range $82,700.00-$113,700.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and risks
- Support decision-making that improves pricing, margins, and business performance
- Deliver forward-looking insights and anticipate business changes
- Lead monthly financial reporting with a focus on key drivers and trends
- Perform advanced margin and pricing analysis
- Build tools and models to evaluate scenarios and financial impacts
- Support execution of sales compensation plans
- Be a Strategic Business Partner
- Lead Planning & Forecasting
- Deliver Insightful Reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong expertise in:
- Problem Solver - you enjoy tackling complex challenges
Nice to have
- 6+ years of finance or accounting experience (commercial finance preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Compensation
- $82,700.00-$113,700.00 Annual
- This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
