Responsibilities
- One Federal Solution is seeking an IT Specialist to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) HSPD-12 Credential Issuance and Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program operations.
- The selected individual will provide administrative and technical support to Government leadership and contractor personnel supporting nationwide credentialing operations and Administrative IT Support Services activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is required.
- Knowledge of HSPD-12 directives, PIV credentialing, FIPS 201, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) principles.
- Experience supporting credential issuance and maintenance operations.
- Experience using the USAccess system and supporting federal credentialing environments.
- Familiarity with Fixed and Mobile Credentialing Units, Fargo printers, laptops, desktops, copier and multifunction devices, and Light Activation Kits.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel is required.
- Must be available during Eastern Time business hours to support IRS meetings and reporting requirements.
- Must be located within 50 miles of IRS Headquarters in Washington, DC.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident in accordance with position requirements.
Nice to have
- PMP certification is preferred.
