2-5 years prior experience in a Quality Inspection or Continuous Improvement Engineering role in a just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing environment;
A degree in Engineering (or Engineering Technician), preferably in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering;
Excellent organizational, time management and communication (written and verbal) skills with an ability to demonstrate adjust delivery based on the audience and their needs;
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint.
You are a team oriented, self-starter who thrives on attention to detail;
You are a comfortable communicator through a variety of methods, always professional, courteous and timely;
You are efficient with your time and processes;
You are detailed oriented and accurate with your information and work;
You are comfortable and can easily navigate an organization's informal and formal networks.
Documents the quality discrepancy in writing and/or with pictures or drawings as required to make the problem clear to others.
