About the role
- The Process Engineer I will participate in the optimization of sustainable battery production, exhibiting a high level of technical knowledge of the manufacturing process and equipment while ensuring quality & PD (Process Down) improvement through recipe setting, specification alignment, process capability management, and defect improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in quality issue investigations and support implementation of corrective & preventive actions under guidance of senior engineers.
- Support data collection and basic analysis for process improvement and DOE (Design of Experiments) activities.
- Document and track non-conformance issues and assist in preparing reports and follow-up actions.
- Support Process Technology Engineers in PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), and Control Plan preparation by gathering data and organizing documents.
- Maintain and update process documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required, or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 1+ years of work experience in a technological or manufacturing field with preference for experience with Electrode Process Technology.
