Broader affiliate strategy leadership remains part of the scope, complementing the creator focus.
Performance creator strategy & thought leadership

This role leads performance creator strategy for clients - building and scaling programs that harness creator content to drive real, measurable business outcomes.
Develop and own creator strategy and planning deliverables oriented toward VP+ audiences - translating complex channel dynamics into clear business narratives that connect creator investment to enterprise-level growth goals
Develop and manage testing roadmaps that advance client programs and generate learnings transferable across the portfolio
Create proactive client communications, POVs, and performance analyses that demonstrate program value and drive strategic momentum
Own the overall relationship and program performance for a defined set of clients
Collaborate with Client Services to proactively surface opportunities and address challenges at the program and enterprise level
Build and maintain key relationships with senior client stakeholders - including VP and director-level marketing leaders - as a trusted creator expert who shapes how they invest in, measure, and evolve their creator programs

Hands-on experience with creator and affiliate technology platforms - including commerce-native platforms such as TikTok Shop, LTK, and ShopMy, and affiliate networks and tracking tools such as Impact and CJ Affiliate
Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives for senior client audiences - including executives who may have limited familiarity with the affiliate or creator channel
Experience managing or mentoring others, with an interest in growing as a people leader
Creator strategy is the primary focus of this role, with the ability to flex into broader affiliate program strategy as client needs require.

6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with meaningful depth in creator marketing, influencer, or performance creator programs - affiliate experience a strong plus

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.
Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.
Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $ 111,000 to $1 86,000, which is inclusive of a 2 5 % bonus.
