About the role

  • The Project Manager is responsible for analyzing and overseeing construction projects on behalf of the company.
  • Normal working hours: 8:30 to 5:00 pm but on call 24/7 in case of emergencies

  • Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development
  • Must be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000-$124,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
  • Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularly
