Responsibilities
- Lead Site Operations and Team Performance- Manage daily site operations while directing, coaching, and developing operations staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Perform all duties of a Safety Representative and oversee compliance across the jobsite.
- Develop and Maintain Safety Programs- Evaluate work environments and implement site-specific safety programs designed to eliminate hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and minimize OSHA citations.
- Identify jobsite deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive Continuous Improvement- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, safety performance, and employee development through ongoing training, policy implementation, documentation, reporting, and best practice adoption.
- This position requires flexibility and may involve working beyond normal business hours, including extended shifts, to support jobsite operations and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Must be available to respond to operational and customer needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, operations management, or a related leadership role, preferably within a construction or industrial environment.
- Ensure customer needs are met through timely communication and 24/7 operational support when required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, OSHT, or CIH are preferred.
