Responsibilities

  • Origination to include liaising with borrowers, intermediaries, and sponsors, as well as attending conferences and other industry events, to build and maintain market connections
  • Manage existing investments by reviewing borrower reporting, rating agency reports, processing and escalating waiver requests, and producing quarterly reviews
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholder and borrower relationships, including discussing pipeline and portfolio updates with clients
  • Support preparation of marketing materials for potential clients, and help the solutions team develop new products for Private Credit
  • Work with junior talent in the team to develop their technical and soft skills, providing them with opportunities to learn, grow and progress their careers
  • We believe that incorporating financially material sustainability criteria, when relevant to our clients, can generate value and drive positive change.

Compensation

  • The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant's education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors.
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the company's annual discretionary bonus plan.
