About the role
- We're dedicated to ensuring every child has the opportunity to play the game they love.
- As a warehouse associate you will work directly with other warehouse staff in the RCX Sports Fulfillment center.
- You will report to our shipping and receiving supervisor and follow all warehouse policies and procedures under the supervision of our fulfillment center management.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inventory audits and inventory control processes
- We provide officially licensed uniforms, comprehensive resources, and dedicated support, empowering league operators to run the very best youth sports leagues and events in their communities.
- By empowering league operators to effectively run and maintain their programming season after season, we're committed to making youth sports accessible and inclusive for all.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (Or Equivalent) (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for longer periods of time through 8-hour shift
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quickly, and to regularly meet tight deadlines in a warehouse environment
- Work Schedule: Full-time ( 40 hours /week) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM with some nights and weekends required during peak seasons

Compensation
- This is f ull-time, hourly position eligible for our comprehensive benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, and more).
- Our expected starting hourly rate is $17-$18/hour.
