Responsibilities
- Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, ready to support the team in New York
- Coordinate with team members across the office to help maintain the office visitor and events calendar
- Build strong relationships with our vendors, from building management to suppliers, so everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly
- Support the VP of People & Operations - new hire prep and office tours, organizing room bookings to accommodate the team's scheduling needs, keeping a running list of go-to NYC spots for the team, internal event support as needed
- You'll run the day to day, anticipate what's coming, and manage the dependencies that keep things moving - and you'll be a go-to resource for the broader executive team as needs come up.
- Support the broader executive team by keeping operational pieces on track and handling the smaller day-to-day tasks that free up the founders to focus on the big picture

Requirements
- Experience running an office or operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Compensation
- HSA + $1,080 annual company contribution
