Responsibilities
- This individual will be an integrated partner with the Space sector programs' Business Management, Schedule Management, and Program Management teams to provide EVM training, development, and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling - OR.
- Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong EVMS experience with Cost and Schedule Management skills.
- Working knowledge of EVM and industry standards EIA 748 guidelines.
- Experience with deployment of processes in an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management environment.
- Experience with DCMA data-driven surveillance metrics and associated tools and processes.
- Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical skillset and ability to communicate significance of the results.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (with a full investigation within the past 6 years).
- Experience with Deltek CostPoint.
- Experience in a program oversight or auditing role.
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience.

Compensation
- $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
