Responsibilities

  • This individual will be an integrated partner with the Space sector programs' Business Management, Schedule Management, and Program Management teams to provide EVM training, development, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling - OR.
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong EVMS experience with Cost and Schedule Management skills.
  • Working knowledge of EVM and industry standards EIA 748 guidelines.
  • Experience with deployment of processes in an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management environment.
  • Experience with DCMA data-driven surveillance metrics and associated tools and processes.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical skillset and ability to communicate significance of the results.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (with a full investigation within the past 6 years).
  • Experience with Deltek CostPoint.
  • Experience in a program oversight or auditing role.
  • Aerospace/Defense industry experience.

Compensation

  • $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
