Responsibilities
- Research, develop, validate, and maintain discipline-specific construction cost data, including items for new construction, renovation, maintenance, life cycle costs, and discipline-specific cost collections.
- Implement emerging trends and technology into current and future cost data.

- The Senior Construction Cost Specialist will join a team of experts developing cost data products designed to restore confidence in construction cost data.
Requirements
- Must have bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10-years' experience (or 15 years of experience without a degree).
- Candidates must have expert-level knowledge of practices, equipment and materials used in construction.
Nice to have
