Compensation
- $317,000 - $476,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $285,000 - $427,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $285,000 - $427,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

- You thrive in ambiguity and change. You're comfortable operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and you know how to create clarity when the product and market are still evolving.
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, including significant experience leading product marketing strategy for technical, enterprise, SaaS, developer, data, or AI/ML products.
- Experience leading and developing a product marketing team, while maintaining a strong track record as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Demonstrated success defining product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and major product launches across a multi-product portfolio in complex or rapidly evolving markets.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and business outcomes.
- Strong technical product marketing experience, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems (data, analytics, AI/ML, or developer platforms), build credibility with engineering teams, and translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated market narratives.
