- This role is heavily focused on antenna range execution, test setup integration, facility readiness, and measurement quality.
- Many of our products include active phased arrays (a.k.a. active electronically scanned arrays, or AESAs).
- These systems integrate RF electronics directly into the antenna architecture, creating additional complexity involving power, digital control, thermal performance, and calibration.
- Experience with phased array antenna testing, antenna measurements, or automated range systems is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from drawings, diagrams, schematics, mechanical layouts, and test procedures while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
