About the role

  • Manager & Director in executing sourcing strategies and driving business results.
  • Track, receive, unpack, distribute, and ship packages and samples throughout the product development and production process.
  • Review Work in Progress (WIP) manufacturing reports weekly with Sr.

Responsibilities

  • This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to help drive timely execution, accurate communication, and strong operational follow-through across two departments.
  • Support Sr. Manager & Director in executing sourcing strategies and driving business results.
  • Manage the Time and Action Calendar throughout each seasonal product life cycle.
  • Set up and maintain WebPDM, purchase orders, and related system data to ensure accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Track bulk production shipments to support on-time distribution center receipts.
  • Coordinate fit, confirmation, photo, and other sample reviews to support timely seasonal approvals.
  • Verify technical design packets with managers and design partners to ensure clarity and accuracy before handoff to overseas agents.
  • Request Customs style classifications from the Imports team and maintain accurate data in TradeStone.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners while supporting managers and category team members on special projects as needed.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in textile, apparel, accessories product development, sourcing, or a related business field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $85,000*
