About the role

  • This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about documentation processes in a regulated environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are key to success.
  • This co-op will run from July 13th 2026-December 11th 2026

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional teams by helping with document requests, approvals, and archival processes.
  • Learn and provide administrative support for document lifecycles and workflows in ACC.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs
  • The Entry-Level Engineering Document co-op will support Document Control and Records Management activities across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent degree required
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

Nice to have

  • Years attended in a library Science program preferred

Skills

  • Assist with organizing project and turnover documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00.
