About the role

- This co-op will run from July 13th 2026-December 11th 2026
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams by helping with document requests, approvals, and archival processes.
- Learn and provide administrative support for document lifecycles and workflows in ACC.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs
- The Entry-Level Engineering Document co-op will support Document Control and Records Management activities across the organization.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent degree required
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
Nice to have
- Years attended in a library Science program preferred
Skills
- Assist with organizing project and turnover documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00.
