Responsibilities
- Production Manager and Plant Manager are extremely accessible and collaborate with all departments.
- Support the department Supervisor in daily operations, including monitoring workflow, managing inventory, and ensuring production targets are met - acting as a key point of contact in the Supervisor's absence.
- Maintain focus and attention when operating machinery at all times.
- Remove scrap and maintain organized work area.
Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders.
Skills
- Lift, push, pull, and carry tools/materials weighing 70+ lbs frequently.
- Full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (e.g., forklift)
Compensation
- Profit Sharing, up to 6% of total compensation.
