A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. This position is primarily based at Weston Hospital and requires regular travel to Martin Hospital and Indian River Hospital.

Manage department personnel and operations, including staffing, training, workflow analysis and performance management.
Manage staffing to ensure appropriate allocation and compliance with goals and objectives.
Develop, monitor and implement programs to enhance customer service, enhance skills and improve scope of service.

As Department Manager IV for the Cancer Research Program, you will manage department operations by overseeing staff, workflows, and daily activities to ensure efficient performance.
This position will provide leadership for the cancer research programs at Weston and Martin while helping to build and expand the program at Indian River.
Initially overseeing approximately 90 clinical research projects, this role will support growth to more than 120 projects across all three sites.

You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.
