About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects in Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations across assigned project sites Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance and site safety protocols) Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design and execution issues Review construction schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries to site Identify and mitigate construction risks and delays Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
