Provides assistance to customers, patients, and staff as an informational and support resource.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum two years experience with heavy public contact and an emphasis on customer service.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to use computer programs and write legible and grammatically correct reports.
Ability to pay attention to detail and remain aware of current surroundings.
Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Licensure Current valid applicable state driver's license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.
Healthcare Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required within 14 days of placement.
Successful completion of Legacy Health's Safety and Security's physical control program.
The DPSST unarmed professional certification must be obtained within 120 days of the first day of placement in the department.
Pay Range USD $24.60 - USD $35.17 /Hr.
