Experience connecting CMS platforms to translation and MT providers through APIs and orchestration layers.
Experience modernizing legacy localization workflows and migrating toward a service-based architecture.
Proven track record of analyzing and designing automated content workflows that reduce manual handling and improve translation leverage.
Experience planning, managing, and leading sophisticated technology projects, guiding teams through ambiguity and issue resolution throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Excellent meeting facilitation, and strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Deep experience with Agile development methodologies
proficiency in using JIRA/Confluence to manage a backlog, prioritize work into Epics and User Stories, and write clear Acceptance Criteria.
5+ years of experience in localization technology, language engineering, or product/technology management in this domain.

$100 - $119.04/hour The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
