Responsibilities
- Manage and support environmental permitting activities, including permit applications, renewals, modifications, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking.
- Cooperate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.
Requirements
- Experience working with NPDES stormwater permits, construction general permits, industrial stormwater permits, or local environmental permits.
- Experience supporting regulatory agency inspections, audits, notices of violation, or corrective action plans.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), including inspections, corrective actions, best management practices, and required documentation.
- Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
- Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, OSHA HAZWOPER, or similar environmental certification.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
