About the role
- This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City.
- We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days.
- Increase awareness and adoption of Notion within the NAMER startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive startup acquisition growth across NAMER through partnerships, ecosystem initiatives, events and localized programs.
- Build and manage relationships with founders, accelerators, VCs, startup communities, universities and strategic ecosystem partners across the region.
- Partner with Marketing, Community and Product teams to improve startup acquisition efficiency and regional funnel performance.
Skills
- Experience in startups, partnerships, business development, ecosystem or growth-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of the NAMER startup ecosystem, especially the U.S.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments.
- Data-oriented mindset with focus on measurable business impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Founder or startup operating experience.
- Experience working with venture capital firms, accelerators or startup communities.
- Experience with B2B or product-led growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools, productivity software and modern startup workflows.

Compensation
- For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000 per year.
