About the role

This breadth of linguistic, cultural, and domain expertise enables Welo Data to address critical AI development challenges, including safety, bias, inclusivity, and cross-lingual reliability.
Underpinning all of this is NIMO™ (Network Identity Management and Operations), Welo Data's proprietary identity and fraud-prevention framework.
This role will shape the technology and product foundation of Welo Data, working closely with a strong existing team to accelerate what is already in motion.

the role owns strengthening platform reliability, release quality, monitoring, and product delivery as the foundation for WeloData's next stage of growth, and is empowered to move fast and decisively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field required
Master's degree preferred.
Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale, ideally within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains.

Deep knowledge of emerging technology trends in data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across executive leadership and clients.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for technology investments.
Track record as a change agent, driving organizational and technological transformation.
